Welcome to ProCan Cleaning! We’re excited to help keep your trash bins clean, fresh, and odor-free. To make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone, please review the following terms. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Service Overview

ProCan Cleaning provides curbside trash bin cleaning services using professional equipment, high-pressure water, and eco-friendly cleaning agents. Our service is designed to remove bacteria, odors, grime, and organic waste residue.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can complete your service as scheduled, customers agree to the following:

  • Bins must be accessible at the curb on your scheduled service day

  • Loose, unbagged, trash, yard clippings, diapers or animal waste should be removed

  • Bins must be empty at the time of service

  • Bins must not be blocked by vehicles, gates, or other obstructions

  • Pets must be secured during service time

If we are unable to safely or reasonably access your bins, the service will be considered a missed appointment.

Missed Appointments & Rescheduling

A service may be marked as missed if:

  • Bins are not placed at the curb

  • Bins are full or contain loose trash

  • Bins are inaccessible or blocked

  • Bins are not the correct bins registered to the account

Missed services are non-refundable.
A rescheduling fee may apply for return visits.

Full Bins Policy

Trash bins must be empty for cleaning.

If bins contain trash, debris, or bulk items at the time of service:

  • The service will be skipped

  • It will be marked as a missed appointment

  • No refund or credit will be issued

Paint, Construction Debris & Heavy Soiling

Our equipment is designed for sanitation, not restoration.

Please note:

  • Paint, concrete, glue, tar, epoxy, or construction materials cannot be removed

  • Extremely heavy buildup may result in partial cleaning results

  • Cosmetic staining may remain after service

By scheduling service, you acknowledge these limitations.

Bin Condition & Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Cracks, chips, rust, fading, or structural weaknesses

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

  • Manufacturer defects or aging plastic

If a bin is unsafe to clean, we reserve the right to skip service.

Weather Policy

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Lightning

  • Flooding

  • Equipment safety concerns

We will notify customers if rescheduling is required.

Payment & Billing

  • An initial payment is collected at signup to secure your upcoming scheduled service.

  • Monthly plans are billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

  • Quarterly plans are billed on the 1st of the month in which your service is scheduled.

  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service

  • Same-day cancellations may be treated as missed appointments

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We’re happy to review concerns and make things right when appropriate.

Right to Refuse Service

ProCan Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Repeated missed appointments

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most current version.
